Notes on Bulk Materials;

Bulk materials can be purchased by the cubic yard (CUYD), or by half yard, but a minimum of 1 cubic yard is required.
As most bulk materials are a naturally mixed product, some product variances are expected, but not much.

Deliveries;

Bulk materials are delivered in a dump truck that needs to lift the box portion of the truck into the air to allow the material to dump out the back.
Best practice for deliveries is to have an open, clear driveway, with no overhead wires. The driver will use their best judgement to determine if the location is a good enough location for the material.
Due to the nature of how the material is delivered, we are generally unable to pick the material back up from your location.
It is always best to come in and get or see a physical sample before making a large order.
