RETURN POLICIES

• All product is subject to a 25% restocking fee. This is an industry wide standard.
• If you are able to bring the product to the yard for return that is recommended. If it is too much for you to bring to the yard yourself we can arrange a pickup with our delivery truck depending on the product and situation. This may cost an extra pickup fee depending on the situation.
• Product and pallets must be returned in good quality for a return to be accepted.
• Manufacturer defects happen sometimes and we will do our best to fix the situation.
• If there are any errors from loading/manufacturing issues let us know immediately.
• Pallets are returned at $35.00 instead of $40.00, this is an industry wide standard and is known as a pallet usage charge.
• Some items are final sale, including but not limited to bulk materials and items sold by weight.
