Flagstone is a stone that splits naturally at varying thicknesses. Flagstone can be flat but often has an imperfect cleft appearance. All thicknesses are considered approximations due to the irregular naturally occurring seams within the stone.

Commonly used for exterior patios and walkways, flagstone can also be used for interior installations of wall veneer or flooring.

Because of the variance in weight and size from piece to piece, getting your order to the exact weight ordered is often impossible, in this case someone will contact you about any extra charges or refunds available.

Additional charges may apply;

All stone material comes on a wooden pallet for transport and loading/unloading purposes. The amount of pallets required will depend on how much product is ordered.
Deliveries must include pallets, for pickup it is still recommended but not always required.
Pallets are charged at $40.00 and refundable at $35.00 upon return.
If pallets are removed from a delivery order, the order cannot be shipped and someone will contact you about shipping or pickup arrangements.

Color Variances;

All natural stone products have a color variance as the stone is natural and the color is uncontrolled.
It is always best to come in and get or see a physical sample before making a large order.
